Having heard shocking news of a very dear friend, this has reminded me that sometimes we plough onwards regardless of what we face ignoring our own emotional state, when all we need do is ask our celestial helpers for balm to restore our sense of peace, for how can we operate or move forward if we are not centered or grounded.
